Are you on your weight loss plan but already finding you are having a problem sticking to it?  Simply consider a change. Sometimes when people restart the same weight loss plan over and over, unconsciously it reminds them of previous failures. Maybe it’s time to consider something entirely different. Just make sure it’s something that is not an fad (For A Day) diet. You want something that you can ideally live within the context of your lifestyle otherwise you may be doomed to failure. (Although, I have seen an occasional person benefit by a fad diet for a very brief period of time (a week). It may give you the jump start you may need just to get going.)

Just remember though in the long haul it’s the healthy habits which will help you keep the weight off more than anything else so that’s where your real focus should be when you are picking out a new food plan to help you lose weight. "Success is neither magical nor mysterious. Success is the natural consequence of consistently applying the basic fundamentals." – Jim Rohn Healthy habits are the bare bones basics for weight loss.
