Weight loss dilema Reader Question:
"I want to lose weight, but I don't think I can commit to a program that forces me to eat better and exercise… I think that is just too much for me to handle right now. Which one should I choose – eating better or exercising?"
-Bethany

Answer:
Bethany, you're not alone when you ask that question. Many people feel overwhelmed at the concept of how to go about losing weight, but I think the bigger question you're raising is "How much of a lifestyle change am I willing to make?" When it comes to easing into a weight loss program I truly believe you need an early win to keep you motivated which is why I'd suggest you first begin with eating healthier. Once you begin to feel comfortable with that step I would immediately start adding in some lunchtime and after dinner walks. Eventually, you'll feel more comfortable with these small changes and will naturally incorporate them into your life… At that point you can then begin ramping up your exercise program to keep your results coming. Good luck and the sooner you start the easier it will be!
