Weight Loss Cardio Discovery to Burn More Calories After reading over some interesting research on why humans use a "heel-toe strike" type of walking motion I discovered an interesting piece of information that may just help you burn more calories and in turn lose more weight.

Here's what I found out from that research:

If a friend of yours were to go out for a mile run and you decided to go out for a mile walk the two of you would have drastically different caloric expenditures. Now you might already assume that although both you are both doing a mile your friend would most likely burn more calories since they are running. But, did you know that they would burn about 70% more calories than you?

That’s a huge discrepancy especially when you consider they are working out for less than half the time you are and you’re both covering the same distance. Pretty amazing if you ask me… In my next post I’ll show you how you can use this discovery to boost your caloric burn even if you’re not a runner.
