Holiday workout Today is President’s Day in the U.S. and most people are off from work and probably taking it easy. The streets are quiet and I’d bet the vast majority are hiding from the cold inside their homes.

However, here at my studio we’ve been busy all day with people who have taken the opportunity of being off from work to get in a great workout. Many people have been telling me that not only will working out today help them burn off some of the weekend’s calories, but it gives them a great energy boost. Our clients are also relaying to our team that since they came in to exercise today they are less likely to sit on their couch for the remainder of the day and eat all sorts of junk food.

So my advice is to follow the example of those people using their Holiday as a time to get up and out of the house and get your body moving!
